Amap and Chimelong Paradise announced their cooperation and launched a smart service system for the scenic spot on July 13, providing tourists with easy routes created through scientific and technological means.
The smart service system can help tourists make decisions on how they can best enjoy their visit to the world renowned amusement park. It will recommend rides and activities according to their popularity. Visitors can also choose their activities and route according to their own situation. There are different choices suitable for family trips, couples, and friends. The system is also equipped with a height screening function to select suitable rides based on user’s heights and to quickly learn about which rides are suitable for children.
The smart service system first launched online dynamic queuing. Users can access the queue time of more than 70 rides of Cheimelong Paradise in real-time. Start times and introduction of the park's performances are easy to access. A reminder function for them is also available on Amap.
The smart service system can also help visitors find their destinations faster. Information on all rides, restaurants, shopping areas, hotels, services, and bathrooms in Cheimelong Paradise are marked on Amap and can be reached by one-click navigation.
Wu Zeju, general manager of Amap Smart Travel Business, said that Amap hopes to provide a travel service for tourists through the construction of smart scenic spots.
Jing Lingmin, general manager of Guangzhou Chimelong Paradise, said that the smart service system better meets the different needs of tourists of different ages, further upgrading their experience.
