Overseas visitors: Hong Kong and Macao residents with mainland travel permits/Taiwan residents with mainland travel permits or passports

Entrance: Gate 4, North of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center

Entrance conditions (Specified green QR code must be provided)

1. Overseas visitors who have been staying on the Chinese mainland 

① People that have a WeChat or Alipay account on the Chinese mainland should confirm their health code and report their personal health status to the exhibitor in advance. They shall provide their Travel Card for Pandemic Prevention and Control and Element Code (Public Security) (gained by scanning the QR code on site), both of which should be green. For those people from a Chinese area with a medium or high COVID-19 risk level, they shall additionally provide a valid negative nucleic acid test taken within the past seven days or a green Health Code containing a negative nucleic acid test result.

② For those people who has been staying in the Chinese mainland but do not have a WeChat or Alipay account, they may not take part in CHTF 2020 in principle if they cannot provide the health certificates set out in ①. However, if they are a special guest, a special application shall be filed.

2. New arrivals

① For those new arrivals with a WeChat or Alipay account, they shall confirm the health code and report their personal health status to the exhibitor in advance. They shall provide their Travel Card for Pandemic Prevention and Control and Element Code (Public Security) (gained by scanning the QR code on site), both of which should be green.

② For those new arrivals without a WeChat or Alipay account, they shall report their personal health status to the exhibitor in advance, and provide a quarantine release certificate and a valid negative nucleic acid test taken within the past seven days.

COVID-19 Prevention Requirements

1. Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign guests eligible for admission must undergo body temperature measurement on-site.

2. Please always wear masks and cooperate with the security checks. Thank you!

Applying for a visitor badge

After passing the body temperature measurement:

1.   If you have registered on the official website in advance, please present your passport (mainland travel permits for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan residents), business card, and verification code to apply for a buyer badge.

2.   If you have not registered in advance and have no China Hi-Tech Fair badge, please present your passport (mainland travel permits for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan residents) and business card, and fill in relevant information to apply for a buyer badge.

Admission requirements

1. You are entitled to fast track admission with a valid China Hi-Tech Fair badge.

2. Facial recognition and real-name authentication are required before entry.

3. One buyer badge allows only one person. You can enter the venue multiple times during the fair with the buyer badge.

4. Please cooperate with the security checks. Inflammable, explosive, and hazardous materials or other prohibited items are strictly forbidden in the venue.
