Welcome to participate in the China Hi-Tech Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CHTF"). Approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, CHTF is co-hosted by multiple central ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, State Intellectual Property Office, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipality. It is operated by Shenzhen Zhenwei International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and honored as the "No.1 Science and Technology Exhibition in China".
To document the grand event of CHTF, showcase the exchange of global high-tech achievements, and conduct standardized promotion for CHTF, the Operator, entrusted by the Organizers, will carry out photography, video shooting, audio recording and other audio-visual material collection at the CHTF venue (including but not limited to public areas of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, exhibition booths, forums, special events and supporting sites). As an exhibitor, visitor or relevant on-site participant, your entry into the CHTF venue shall be deemed as your full awareness and unconditional consent to the following terms:
You confirm that during the CHTF, your portrait (including facial features, body movements, on-site participation status and other identifiable image contents) may be recorded by the Operator (formally entrusted by the Organizers) through legal means such as photography, video shooting and aerial photography, forming various promotional materials including photos, videos and short clips containing your portrait.
2.You unconditionally agree that the Organizers, the Operator (Shenzhen Zhenwei International Exhibition Co., Ltd.) and their officially authorized partners and publicity institutions may use the aforesaid materials containing your portrait for the promotion of this CHTF, review of previous CHTF sessions and preparation for subsequent CHTF events. The scope of use includes but is not limited to CHTF official website, official new media platforms, promotional posters, thematic videos, press releases, industry media reports, achievement albums, domestic and international exchange promotion, public welfare publicity and other legal and compliant promotional scenarios. The methods of use include editing, clipping, copying, public display and dissemination, without any portrait usage fee payable to you.
3.You confirm that this portrait use authorization is unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive and permanent, valid from the date of material collection until the Organizers and the Operator complete all CHTF-related promotional purposes, covering legal use worldwide.
4.The Organizers and the Operator (Shenzhen Zhenwei International Exhibition Co., Ltd.) solemnly promise to strictly use your portrait materials in accordance with this statement, never for illegal purposes or non-compliant purposes other than commercial profit-making, and will not maliciously distort, tamper with or defame your portrait. We will earnestly protect your legitimate personality rights and always abide by CHTF's core exhibition philosophy of "national-level, international, high-standard, high-tech and professional".
5.If you disagree with any term of this statement, please contact the Operator (Shenzhen Zhenwei International Exhibition Co., Ltd.) in writing to raise objections before completing exhibitor registration, visitor reservation or entering the CHTF venue. The Operator will take corresponding evasion measures according to your reasonable demands. If you have completed registration or entered the CHTF venue without raising any written objection, you shall be deemed to have fully understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this statement without any additional conditions.

Statement Note: This statement is permanently valid and applicable to all previous sessions of China Hi-Tech Fair. The organizers and the operator reserve the right of final interpretation of this statement.
