Invited Delegation Visit Program

The Organizing Committee of the 28th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) cordially invites government agencies, industry associations, chambers of commerce, academic societies, enterprises, industrial parks, professional markets, and other organizations related to high-tech industries — both domestic and international — to organize delegation visits to the exhibition.

Interested organizations are requested to complete the “Invited Delegation Information Form” and submit a stamped and scanned copy to:

Criteria for Invited Delegations

♦Within Guangdong Province：≥20 participants （At least 50% of members in procurement, R&D, management, or technical roles）
♦Outside Guangdong Province (Domestic)：≥ 10 participants（At least 3 member organizations），All participants and organizations must be located outside Guangdong Province
♦Overseas Delegations：≥ 5 participants（At least 50% of members in procurement, R&D, management, or technical roles）

A customized QR code will be created for each delegation to facilitate member registration and information collection.

During ticketed periods, approved groups may receive free registration codes to generate electronic admission passes.

Shuttle bus eligibility criteria:
① Shenzhen-based delegations (≥ 40 participants):
Round-trip bus service between designated locations and the exhibition venue.
② Guangdong Province (excluding Shenzhen) delegations (≥ 30 participants):
Round-trip bus service between designated locations and the exhibition venue.
③ Delegations from outside Guangdong Province (≥ 20 participants):
Complimentary shuttle service between Shenzhen hotels and the exhibition venue.
④ Overseas delegations (≥ 15 participants):
Complimentary shuttle service between Shenzhen hotels and the exhibition venue.
