Global Investment & Financing Matchmaking Conference

The Global Investment and Financing Matchmaking conference is an event that arranges face-to-face negotiations between matched buyers and sellers of technology based on pre-event preparations and screening. To explore and refine approaches for trading high-tech achievements, leverage the strengths of provincial and municipal resources in technology, talent, and information, and fully utilize the brand influence of the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF), the Shenzhen China International Hi-Tech Fair Center has been organizing project matchmaking and negotiation activities since 2000. Over the years, thousands of enterprises have participated in investment and financing supply-demand negotiations, achieving tangible results.

The CHTF Organizing Committee will uphold its service mission of "accelerating the transformation of traditional industries through high-tech innovations, facilitating the alignment of technological achievements with capital, and promoting equity transactions for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises." During the event, it will continue to host project matchmaking and negotiation activities.

Activity Content & Format

The organizer will provide free negotiation booths for investors and fundraisers, with booth assignments and time slots arranged by the organizer. Investors and interested fundraisers will conduct negotiations during designated time periods.

After registration, the organizer will provide the following services:

1.Publish Investor Information: Registered investors will be listed on the CHTF platform for visibility.

2.Organize and Showcase Projects: Submitted projects will be compiled and published on the CHTF website for investor review. Investors are required to submit the "Investor Confirmation Form for Global Investment and Financing Matchmaking Conference" by November 10.

3.Schedule Matched Negotiations: Based on preliminary screening, a matchmaking timetable will be created, assigning negotiation booths and time slots. Both investors and project owners will be notified to attend their scheduled meetings at the designated booths.

4.Post-Event Follow-Up Services: Depending on the actual financing needs, post-event investment and financing advisory services will be provided, with active follow-up support.

Participants

Financing Parties: Enterprises and individuals with high-tech projects seeking financing, transfer, or cooperation are welcome to register. This is especially applicable to start-ups and small-to-medium-sized tech enterprises in need of funding. (Projects may include ownership of technological achievements, usage rights, regional distribution rights, etc.)

Investors:Investment institutions and corporate entities interested in investing in high-tech projects or collaborating with such projects in various forms are eligible to participate.

Participation Process

Financing Parties: Complete Financing Party -Attendance Registration Form for"Global Investment and Financing Matchmaking Conference"(submit the electronic document to the organizing committee). Prepare a feasibility report or business plan, along with relevant legal and technical documents, for negotiation purposes.

Investors:Complete Investor -Attendance Registration Form for"Global Investment and Financing Matchmaking Conference"(submit the electronic document to the organizing committee). After review by the organizers, negotiation arrangements will be made. Investors must submit the Attendance Registration Form to the organizing committee by November 10.
